摘要: To study the possible role of ras oncogene activation in dissemination colon cancer, we determined point mutations codons 12, 13 and 61 K- N-ras 3 groups tumors: (A) primary tumors patients who had undergone surgery for Dukes' B (early-stage) (B) metastases from undergoing resection isolated lung (C) liver metastases. In 129 samples 93 patients, 54 (42%) were positive either or N-ras. Most (89%) found K-ras gene. group A (n = 50) detected 16 cases (32%) (15 1 N-ras). Thirteen out 23 (57%) a mutation: 10 C 20), codon 12 K-ras, but none H- N-ras, (50%). 31 available analysis 15 contained mutation (48%). Not all present both tumor metastasis. instances, was metastasis not tumor, whereas case tumor.
