摘要: K-ras mutation status has remained elusive in the metastatic liver tumors of colorectal cancer (CRC) contrast to primary CRC tumors. In this study, mutational and corresponding was investigated 43 patients. Codons 12 13 were directly sequenced, a evident 17 cases (39.5%). 6 cases, only metastasis, but not CRC, where found codon 13. This discrepancy between lesions with regard gene may explain clinical EGFR antibody therapy. conclusion, current data lead development personalized medicine for recurrent although further validation study is still required.
