摘要: Abstract Adenocarcinoma of the lung obtained at surgical resection was examined for mutation codons 12, 13, and 61 oncogenes K- ras , H- N- using polymerase chain reaction oligonucleotide hybridization techniques. The detected in 18 115 cases (15.7%), 15 were codon 2 13 1 . G to T transversions most common. gene mutations more frequent male patients ( P = 0.0048). No significant differences found be related stage disease or tumor-nodes-metastases classification between positive negative groups mutations. A history tobacco use not always a factor contributing mutation. Of completely resected group without lymph node metastasis, 5-year survival rate -positive 53.3%, which significantly poorer than 83.6% -negative may prognostic, especially early adenocarcinoma lung.
