摘要: In recent years, molecular tumor markers have found increasing clinical application in a variety of tumors. lung cancer, however, they are still primarily research tools, and only beginning to move towards application. general, genetic may be potential use at least four distinct settings: 1) for diagnostic purposes, when malignancy is suspected, studies performed on biopsy specimens or biological fluids such as bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid sputum [1–4]; 2) the early diagnosis disease relapse following therapy [5, 6]; 3) improved pathological staging malignancy, where sensitive improve ability detect micrometastases [7–10]; 4) cancer screening, asymptomatic populations [11]. DNA-based eventually come play role all areas cancer.
