摘要: Abstract In order to study the effect of nickel ion implantation on aqueous corrosion behavior, specimens zirconium were implanted by ions with doses ranging from 1×10 16 5×10 17 ions/cm 2 , using a MEVVA source at an extraction voltage 40 kV. The valence states and depth distribution elements in surface layer samples analyzed X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) auger electron (AES), respectively. Scanning microscopy (SEM) transmission (TEM) used examine micro-morphology microstructure nickel-implanted samples. Potentiodynamic polarization measurements employed evaluate resistance 1 N H SO 4 solution. first sweep polarization, passive current densities dose are lower than that as received zirconium. While third all higher Finally, mechanism behavior is discussed.
