摘要: Lung cancer is the leading worldwide source of cancer-related death. It acknowledged that prognosis and treatment outcomes in lung might be improved by increasing effectiveness early-stage diagnosis. Several recently published studies have produced intriguing results regarding detection biomarkers tumor samples, but also easily accessible specimens such as sputum, plasma, exhaled breath condensate. This review presents advances genetic diagnostics cancer, with particular reference to clinical usefulness individual biomarkers, specimens, methods. The adequacy their sensitivity specificity for screening early discussed detail.
