摘要: The study examined the relationship among personality, social support and life satisfaction 601 employees of Nigerian Prisons Service in a southeastern state Nigeria. Data were collected using Life Satisfaction Index-Short Form, Big Five Inventory, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support. result multiple regression analyses showed that personality is significant predictor satisfaction. Specifically, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism found to predict results also positively related Friends support, others family predictors participants. implications these research clinical practice discussed.
