摘要: Objective The aim of pharmacogenomics is to identify individual differences in genome and transcriptome composition their effect on drug efficacy. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short noncoding RNAs that negatively regulate expression the majority animal genes, including many genes involved Consequently, miRNA among individuals could be an important factor contributing differential response. Pharmacogenomics can divided into target termed as pharmacodynamics (PD) transport metabolism pharmacokinetics (PK). To clarify regulatory potential miRNAs pharmacogenomics, we have examined regulation by PK PD genes. Methods We identified annotated Knowledge Base targeting two groups according several prediction databases. furthermore studied how between reflected gene structure across families. Lastly, changes levels versus cells depleted for shRNA-mediated knockdown miRNA-processing enzyme Dicer. Results Our analysis a striking difference level with former having less than half predicted conserved binding sites compared latter. Importantly, this finding highly significant shift after depletion miRNAs. Conclusion study emphasizes intrinsic helps role pharmacogenomics.
