摘要: The genetic polymorphisms of biotransformation phase I enzymes, cytochrome P450 (CYP1A1 and CYP2D6), II glutathione S-transferase (GSTM1 GSTT1), were analyzed in 204 healthy persons 348 leukemia patients, who suffered from also acute lymphoblastic (ALL), nonlymphoblastic (ANLL) chronic myelogenous (CML), the Han ethnic group Changsha City Hunan Province China. Our results showed that frequencies CYP1A1, CYP2D6 GSTT1 among groups including leukemia, ANLL, control have no significant differences. variation GSTM1-null genotype alone correlated with development ANLL. combined genotypes GSTT1-null, or CYP1A1 heterozygous mutant, mutant GSTT1-null found individuals high risk All these findings suggest coordination relevant other metabolic enzymes might be susceptibility factors etiology
