摘要: This study was designed to evaluate the influence of iv infusion (50-1 ng kg-1 min) epinephrine, norepinephrine, and isoproterenol on glucose homeostasis in normal man. Epinephrine produced a 40–45 mg/dl increment plasma concentration which resulted from both transient 85–90% rise production (P <0.005) failure uptake increase consistently response hyperglycemia. Plasma insulin increased slightly (20–25‥), while glucagon remained unchanged. Norepinephrine much smaller (25–30‥) (10–15 mg/dl) compared epinephrine < 0.01 P 0.025, respectively).
