摘要: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal solid malignancies with increasing incidence. The poor prognosis due to aggressive nature tumor, late detection, and resistance chemotherapy radiotherapy. A radical surgery procedure only treatment that has been shown improve 5-year survival rate 20-25%. However, majority patients (80-85%) are diagnosed locally advanced or metastatic disease just 15-20% in an early stage allowing them undergo potentially curative surgical resection. detection PDAC without use invasive methods challenging discovery a cost-effective biomarker high specificity sensitivity could significantly these patients.
