摘要: Abstract Both lymphocytes and fibroblasts that have been transformed by ABelson murine leukemia virus contain 6- to 12-fold increased levels of the rare modified amino acid phosphotyrosine in their proteins. This observation, coupled with fact p120 protein encoded this has shown undergo an apparent autophosphorylation yield vitro, suggests Abelson encodes a kinase phosphorylates tyrosine cells. These results are similar those obtained previously Rous sarcoma suggest, analogy, modification cellular polypeptides through phosphorylation may be involved transformation virus. isolated from cells contains phosphoserine, phosphothreonine, phosphotyrosine. The is found at two sites protein. therefore undergoes vivo.
