摘要: Mast cell-derived chymase seems to be important in the regulation of local angiotensin (A) II formation cardiovascular tissues. In human heart, accounts for 80% A formation. Therefore, chymase-dependent pathway may play an role pathogenesis II-related diseases. For example, cardiac was activated earlier than ACE and this activation lasted longer that after myocardial infarction (MI) hamsters. Treatment with a specific inhibitor treatment, but not inhibitor, improved post-MI survival as well function extent beneficial effects similar observed AT1-receptor antagonist treatment model. The benefit MI related antiarrhythmic effect because inhibition reduces incidence ventricular arrhythmias during periods heart ischemia dog Thus, contribute reduction mortality rate acute phase MI.
