摘要: article i nfo In many regions dairy farms and milk processing industries, discharge large quantities of their wastes to the surroundings which pose serious environmental risks. With purpose treating combined domestic wastewater from a small farm in Negev Desert Israel, use recent emerging technology Immersed Membrane BioReactor (IMBR) was evaluated over course 500 test hours, under variety feed quality conditions. Field experiments were performed at Kornmehl farm, an isolated located 30 km south Beer- Sheva, Israel. The operating conditions for this experiment included constant product flow 7 (L/h)), transmembrane pressure increased smoothly during 0.05 0.13 bar. Temperatures ranged between °C 37 °C, pH 4 9, TSS varied 353 mg/L 1000 COD changed 900 12,800 mg/L. overall performance pilot-scale Ultrafiltration (UF) IMBR process analyzed based on Facet Analysis (FA) method. Preliminary results FA model indicate: (i) Trans-Membrane Pressure (TMP); temperature do not have effect permeate normalized flux specific flux, and; (ii) bioreactor is characterized by high concentration organic matters it can be estimated that declineisdependent onother variables(airblower performance, backwashprocedureandchemicalcleaning).
