摘要: In order to provide insights into why discrimination protocols with three stimuli sometimes tend be less sensitive than two stimuli, experiments were conducted. these experiments, the relative effects of memory decay and interference investigated. Both involved purified water and/or solutions low NaCl concentration. Experiment 1, compared: traditional same-different test (Protocol 1), same protocol a rinse between samples 2), Protocol 2 an added time delay first sample intermediate 3.) The decrease in measuredd’ values as increased indicated that might factor for tests such triangle method, rendering it method. 2, four test, two-rinse what will called duo test. experimental design allowed individual consideration effects. From this last experiment, substantial effect was uncovered. Further experimentation necessary estimate exact decay.
