摘要: Neonatal Cushing syndrome (CS) is most commonly caused by exogenous administration of glucocorticoids and rarely endogenous hypercortisolemia. CS owing to adrenal lesions the common cause in neonates infants, adrenocortical tumors (ACTs) represent cases. Many ACTs develop context a TP53 gene mutation, which causes Li-Fraumeni syndrome. More rarely, neonatal presents as part other syndromes such McCune-Albright or Beckwith-Wiedemann Management usually includes resection primary tumor with without additional medical treatment, but manifestations may persist after resolution
