摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing an inducible animal model stress comprising genetically modifying non-human vertebrate express one or more protein(s) that can be activated by light in (a) cell(s) the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, wherein are capable inducing release (i) corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) and/or arginine-vasopressin (A VP) from neurons paraventricular nucleus rostral hypothalamus; (ii) adrenocorticotropic (ACTH) corticotroph cells anterior pituitary; (iii) glucocorticoids adrenal cortex. further obtained and use said for screening compound preventing, ameliorating treating stress-associated diseases. Further, also diseases methods analyzing behavior fish.
