摘要: Desmoplastic nested spindle cell tumour of liver (DNSTL), stromal-epithelial (NSET) and calcifying (CNSET) are recently described entities with similar morphology, immunohistochemistry molecular genetics. These rare only three large case series till date. tumours commonly present in the paediatric age group. NSETs, addition have been to be associated ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) production Cushingoid features. It is important discuss this group a low malignant potential as most common radiological differential diagnosis hepatoblastoma, which has relatively poorer prognosis. Thus, pathologist needs keep entity mind, so offer correct histological diagnosis.
