摘要: Human papillomaviruses (HPV) exhibit constitutive activation of ATM and ATR DNA damage response (DDR) pathways, which are required for productive viral replication. Expression HPV31 E7 alone is sufficient to activate the DDR through an unknown mechanism. Here, we demonstrate that Rb binding domain increase levels many proteins, including ATM, Chk2, Chk1, MRN components MRE11, Rad50, NBS1, as well homologous recombination repair proteins BRCA1 Rad51. Interestingly, have found in these does not occur solely at level transcription, but broadly increases half-life factors, a phenotype lost mutant. These data suggest HPV-31 upregulates factors necessary replication by increasing protein manner requiring domain.
