摘要: The synthesis of a series novel, water-soluble poly(organophosphazenes) prepared via living cationic polymerization is presented. degradation profiles the polyphosphazenes are analyzed by GPC, 31P NMR spectroscopy, and UV–Vis spectroscopy in aqueous media show tunable rates ranging from days to months, adjusted subtle changes chemical structure polyphosphazene. Furthermore, it observed that these polymers demonstrate pH-promoted hydrolytic behavior, with remarkably faster rate at lower pH values. These degradable, water soluble controlled molecular weights structures could be significant interest for use biomedical applications, such as polymer therapeutics, which biological clearance requirement this context cell viability tests described non-toxic nature well their intermediates products. © 2013 Authors Journal Polymer Science Part A: Chemistry Published Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
