摘要: Abstract Significant advances in recent years the diagnosis of antibody-mediated graft rejection have led to re-evaluation humoral alloreactivity organ transplantation. By introducing “C4d-test” into work-up transplant biopsies, donor-specific antibodies were claimed be directly involved about 30% acute episodes. The diagnostic criteria for rejections renal grafts are now incorporated “Banff classification” as refined at a consensus conference. Capillary C4d is not always concordant with circulating anti-HLA-antibodies, even if these assayed improved techniques. Antibody absorption within and antigens other than HLA, therefore, considered. Effective therapy available. Serial assessment also posttransplantation period mandatory identify at-risk patients.
