摘要: Patients with unstable angina pectoris who remain symptomatic despite medical treatment are at high risk of death and myocardial infarction. The incidence refractory was examined in a consecutive series 103 patients received conventional nitrates, beta blockers, calcium antagonists aspirin. During 48 hours continuous electrocardiographic monitoring, 24 had greater than or equal to 1 anginal attack, 5 whom both painful painless ischemic episodes. In these treatment, the short-term efficacy recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) followed by heparin assessed compared alone randomized double-blind trial. Recurrences attacks during 72-hour follow-up period were documented 9 12 given alone. All experienced least episode patient ischemia. No rt-PA plus either asymptomatic follow-up. Kaplan-Meier curves analysis demonstrated significantly higher probability being ischemia free group treated (p less 0.01). Quantitative coronary arteriography failed reveal any significant changes ischemia-related lesions before after each treatment. This study demonstrates that combination has protective effect treating recurrent episodes angina.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
