摘要: Summary: In trol mutants, neuroblasts fail to exit G1 for S phase. Increasing string expression in mutants rescues the number of phase without an increase M neuroblasts. Decreasing further decreased Coexpression cyclin E and did not produce additional cells. Unlike E, cdk2, cdk2AF, elevated neither A, D, nor cdk1AF was able promote progression arrested neuroblasts, indicating that String-induced activity a Cyclin A or D complex is unlikely drive into Biochemical analyses revealed rapid E-Cdk2 kinase wild-type levels upon increased expression.
