摘要: This study examined the effects of MTA and Biodentine on clinical radiographic success rates pulpotomies performed primary teeth with carious pulp exposures. was conducted 44 mandibular molars requiring vital pulpotomy. Carious dentin surrounding exposure site used as inclusion criteria for all teeth, which were randomly divided into two groups according to pulpotomy material [MTA group (n = 24), (n = 20)]. Treatment followed up clinically radiologically 24 months. Pulp canal obliteration not regarded a failure. Clinical at end 24 months 100% 89.4% group. Success did vary significantly between (p = 0.646). observed in (8.3%) 6 months, but found be stabilized by The long-term obtained this indicate that both are appropriate options treatment patients whose should retained long periods time. etiology determines pulpal response, making it crucial distinguish mechanical is presumed accompanied severe inflammation, makes prognosis unpredictable. Biomaterials can especially cases
