摘要: METHODS: A new antigen formulation was evaluated in type I and II mice. Leishmania major promastigotes cultured harvested at different growth stages, a cocktail made from the organisms. The preparations were tested for sterility contamination by endotoxin. Five methods utilized to produce crude preparation. protein levels of measured using Lowry method, antigens intradermally injected protocols After 38 days, all mice euthanized with diethyl ether, spleens removed. Histological sections prepared, stained hematoxylin eosin changes splenic white pulp (SWP) studied microscopically. RESULTS: Compared control groups, there drastic change structure. size increases SWP dependent on injection group mouse strain. There remarkable expansion lymphoid follicles treated groups both strains. CONCLUSION: able stimulate expand constituents spleen tissue. is where immune responses antibodies are produced. Therefore,
