摘要: Abstract The compound α-Fe 1.6 Ga 0.4 O 3 has been prepared by mechanical alloying and subsequent vacuum annealing at 800 °C. X-ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy confirmed rhombohedral phase. samples have shown enhanced ferromagnetic properties in comparison with 2 sample. also exhibited good signature of ferroelectric polarization. Increase time affected the variation parameters. 50 h showed relatively large leakage polarization, where as lower higher better properties. Details loop studied different applied voltages frequencies. It found that polarization can be optimized adjusting frequency voltage. understood correlating observations dielectric (dielectric loss, constant, electrical conductivity) samples. results are interesting for understanding mechanism non-traditional ferroelectrics.
