River Information Services

摘要: River Information Services (RIS) represent the most substantial modernization of river infrastructure aiming at information services to support planning and managing traffic transportation operations on waterways. The RIS concept is based tracking tracing vessel positioning monitoring relevant data. innovative ongoing implementation are presented in this paper.
