摘要: We identified two cases of tuberculosis (TB) in office co-workers Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; the Mycobacterium isolates were found to be identical with use restriction fragment length polymorphism. Contact tracing was performed for 195 210 workers by means tuberculin skin test. Risk infection assessed according a number variables. Office contacts exposed infectious TB 4 months; at least 24% employees infected. There an association between sitting proximity case during period exposure (OR, 4.24; 95% CI, 1.06-19.67).
