摘要: Recent studies have further confirmed the ubiquity of cell wall restructuring during plant growth and development, emphasized fact that our understanding breadth molecular processes mediate modification is still rudimentary. In past few years, both enzymatic non-enzymatic agents apparently contribute to disassembly been identified, it likely additional mechanisms will continue be revealed. These discoveries are being propelled by development new biochemical biophysical assays, database mining in wake explosion sequence information from genome sequencing expressed tags, a variety strategies used catalog proteome. The daunting question how these mechanistically diverse complex coordinated remains unresolved.
