摘要: Abstract Objective The aim of this prospective cohort study was to determine the changes in quality life following orthognathic surgery for patients with dentofacial deformity South Indian population. Methods A total 66 (28 males and 38 females) undergoing correction were recruited study. Patients required complete Orthognathic Quality Life Questionnaire (OQLQ) before surgical procedure 6 months after surgery. pre-operative post-operative scores then compared. Effect size also calculated. Three additional questions included further validate results. Results There a statistically significant change at across three four domains evaluated: aesthetics, social aspects awareness ( P Conclusion research reaffirms positive effects on life.
