摘要: In transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) from unrelated donors a high HLA compatibility level decreases the risk acute graft-versus-host disease and mortality. The diversity system at allelic haplotypic heterogeneity typing data registered render search process complex task. This paper summarizes our experience with algorithm that includes start probability estimate (high/intermediate/low) to identify HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DQB1-compatible donor (a 10/10 match). Based on 2002–2011 searches about 30% patients have high, an intermediate, 40% low search. Search success rate duration are presented discussed in light other centers. Overall 9-10/10 matched HSC can now be identified for 60–80% European descent. For selected basis DPB1-matching estimated >40%. there is no consensus which incompatibilities more permissive, although HLA-DQB1 mismatches generally considered as acceptable. Models discrimination detrimental based specific amino acid residues rather than alleles presented.
