摘要: Although there has been tremendous improvement in the technologic ability to measure exhaled gases and monitor biologic processes lung, it not yet found a clinical role outside research laboratory. Common themes seem be significant overlap amount of clinically distinct populations, confounding variables such as infection, smoking, environmental exposure, lack consistent change with disease management. If these tests are ever used by general pulmonologist, links between measurements response modification will need demonstrated at very least and, ideally, clinician would like see improved outcomes when noninvasive employed regularly.
