摘要: Summary The interaction of androgens and prolactin, the major factors regulating male accessory sex organs, on specific activity seminal vesicular enzymes pyruvate/malate cycle were studied in castrated mature monkeys. Castration decreased these enzymes, including NADP+ isocitrate dehydroge-nase, ATP citrate lyase, malate dehydrogenase, malic enzyme fatty acid synthase. Testosterone propionate (TP)/dihydrotestosterone given as replacement to castrates increased all except for dehydrogenase. Prolactin restored normal synthase but not dehydrogenase (MDH). had a control over MDH. Moroever, when prolactin was combined with further stimulatory influence observed activity. In order prove direct cycle, bromocriptine administered this inhibited enzymes. Thus found have direct, well synergistic, action vesicles
