摘要: Male Wistar rats were fed commercial ration and given whole milk, skim or water to drink. After 3 weeks the control group showed greatest weight gain. Rats milk had smallest livers. Serum cholesterol levels significantly lower in either but other serum lipids unaffected. Liver triglyceride lowest on milk. Activities of hepatic fatty acid synthetase, hydroxymethyl-glutaryl coenzyme A reductase 7alpha-hydroxylase similar two milk-fed groups considerably than controls.
