摘要: A retrospective study of 84 cases suicidal hanging was undertaken in which petechial haemorrhages or congestion were seen 27%, soft tissue haemorrhage 29% and fracture the hyoid laryngeal cartilages 36%. Fractures found to be related increasing age not when a ligature had been employed. Petechial completeness suspension.
