摘要: G90 is a novel mouse gene that does not belong to any known family. It has previously been shown this expressed exclusively in post-mitotic cells of the adult intestine and testis, therefore suggesting role control proliferation and/or differentiation. Here we report detailed spatio-temporal expression pattern during embryonic development. We found specific structures developing head, namely brain, inner middle ear, olfactory epithelium, vomeronasal organ, nasopharynx, oropharynx, papillae tongue oral cavity, pituitary gland epiglottis. Interestingly, there was clear correlation between absence most showing development; finding supported our functional hypothesis.
