摘要: Abstract We describe the cloning and characterization of murine G90 gene, identified by subtractive hybridization based on differential presence its transcript in large small intestine. The full-length cDNA genomic sequences were cloned found to produce a 1.5 kb that is polyadenylated but has no open reading frame larger than 249 bp.The gene was mapped proximal region mouse chromosome 6. Expression analysis Northern blotting showed transcribed at very high levels intestine lower intestine, testis kidney mouse. In situ sections transcripts are present only post-mitotic cells.
