摘要: In recent years, noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) have been shown to constitute key elements implicated in a number of regulatory mechanisms the cell. They are present bacteria and eukaryotes. The ncRNAs involved regulation expression at both transcriptional posttranscriptional levels, by mediating chromatin modifications, modulating transcription factor activity, influencing mRNA stability, processing, translation. Noncoding play role genetic imprinting, dosage compensation X-chromosome-linked genes, many processes differentiation development.
