摘要: The myeloblasts of 16 patients with untreated acute myelogenous leukemia were examined for specific glucocorticoid binding proteins. In only 3 the such high affinity receptors found. presence protein activity was positively correlated inhibition macromolecular synthesis in vitro whereas absence associated lack cells. Since glucocorticoids appear efficacious a small fraction cases leukemia, determination may provide assistance planning chemotherapeutic regimens.
