摘要: The latest Mobile oil survey tells us that up to September 1997 more than 200,000 accredited ISO 9000‐family certificates had been issued worldwide. This figure reminds of the fact certified quality management is no longer a matter solely for production companies, but nowadays practised in almost any industry around world. In this article implementation an 9000 system public‐owned home mentally retarded and disabled people Denmark called “Ebo”, being analysed. analysis focuses on three major areas: motivation choosing certification, interpretation standard social sector, finally effects process at Ebo. research project has conducted through action methodology which author involved as consultant.
