摘要: Rotavirus groups A to E are mainly defined by antibody reactivity the capsid protein VP6. Additionally, two putative rotavirus (F and G) have been identified in birds. Here, first nucleotide sequences of VP6-encoding genome segment group F (strain 03V0568) G 03V0567) rotaviruses, both derived from chickens, presented. The is most closely related avian D with 49.9-52.3% 36.5-39.0% amino acid sequence identity. mammalian B 55.3-57.5% 48.2-49-9% terminal were similar A, F, G. findings indicate a long-term evolution separated clades support development sequence-based classification system for groups.
