Biomaterials Based on Electrospun Chitosan. Relation between Processing Conditions and Mechanical Properties.

摘要: In this paper, it is shown that pure chitosan nanofibers and films were prepared with success in 0.5 M acetic acid as solvent using poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO) at different yields, allowing electrospinning of the blends. After processing, a neutralization step followed by water washing performed, preserving initial morphology materials. The influence yield PEO blend on degree swelling hydrophilicity demonstrated. Then, mechanical behavior blended used reference are determined for small stress applied linear domain DMA uniaxial traction up to rupture. dried wet states covered first time. It properties increased when performed presence 70/30 chitosan/PEO weight ratio even after extraction. This result can be explained better dispersion PEO.
