摘要: Urine is an ideal material to study the cancer-related protein biomarkers in bladder, whereas exploration these candidates confronting technique challenges. Herein, we propose a comprehensive strategy of searching urine proteins related with bladder cancer. The consists three core combinations, screening biomarker secreted derived from cancer cell lines and verifying them patient urines, defining differential through two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) isobaric tags for relative absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) coupled LC-MS/MS, implementing quantitative proteomics profiling targeting analysis. With proteomic survey, total 700 were found their abundance different normal, while 87 identified samples. multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)-based quantification was adapted individual samples, resulting 10 linked Of candidates, receiver operating characteristic analysis revealed that combination CO3 LDHB more sensitive as indicator than other groups. discovery indicators our has paved avenue further validation.
