摘要: During the past decade a number of virus-encoded transcriptional trans-activators that regulate expression viral genes have been reported. These may also affect or activity several cellular gene products to create an optimal environment favors replication. Among better-studied trans-activating proteins are Simian virus 40 large T- and small t-antigens. last few years, mechanisms by which these two influence start emerge. They grouped provisionally reflect methods used determine effects T-antigen. Large T-antigen by: i. altering mRNA levels transcription factors; ii. interacting with regulating DNA-binding specific iii. functionally substitution eukaryotic iv. direct binding DNA; v. components signaling transduction pathways. Small t-ag seems exert its effect mainly through inhibiting phosphatase, protein phosphatase 2A, thereby modulating signal pathways preventing dephosphorylation factors.
