摘要: During the past decade a number of virus-encoded transcriptional trans-activators that regulate expression viral genes have been reported. These may also affect or activity several cellular gene products to create an optimal environment favors replication. Among better-studied trans-activating proteins are Simian virus 40 large T- and small t-antigens. last few years, mechanisms by which these two influence start emerge.
