摘要: Abstract Background Collagen is the most abundant protein in human skin and responsible for its resilience. In particular during photoaging, collagen homeostasis out of balance leading to a continuous loss intact observed signs aged such as diminished tensile strength wrinkle development. The process turnover very slow relevance cellular uptake damaged collagen, likely mediated via Endo180 or integrin α2β1, still remains matter investigation. Objective We investigated role different receptors on dermal fibroblasts internalization their impact photoaging. Methods TaqMan Real-Time PCR, flow cytometry, UV irradiation, knockdown experiments immunostaining. Results show that α2 are regulated photoaged after acute stress vivo vitro.
