摘要: High expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-family receptors, especially EGFR, HER2, and HER3, makes them interesting for targeted radionuclide-based imaging therapy disseminated cancer. The in some commonly occurring cancers such as breast, prostate, colorectal, urinary bladder is summarized. Possible strategies are briefly discussed, relation to the metastases.
