摘要: Flexible and skin-attachable vibration sensors have been studied for use as wearable voice-recognition electronics. However, the development of to recognize human voice accurately with a flat frequency response, high sensitivity, flexible/conformable form factor has proved major challenge. Here, we present an ultrathin, conformable, vibration-responsive electronic skin that detects acceleration, which is highly linearly correlated pressure. This device consists crosslinked ultrathin polymer film hole-patterned diaphragm structure, senses voices quantitatively outstanding sensitivity 5.5 V Pa−1 over range. Moreover, this (<5 μm) exhibits superior conformity, enables exact recognition because it eliminates vibrational distortion on rough curved surfaces. Our suitable several promising applications, such security authentication, remote control systems vocal healthcare.
