摘要: We describe herein a clinical case in which subcapsular splenic hematoma complicated chronic relapsing pancreatitis. A pathogenetic mechanism is postulated that explains the subacute insorgence of liquid collection with diffusion proteolytic enzymes between capsule and parenchyma. Radical therapy, consisting exeresis cystic formation, splenectomy caudal pancreatectomy, recommended for this extremely rare complication.
