摘要: The earliest genetic alteration in human astrocytoma progression is mutation of the p53 tumour suppressor gene, while one phenotypic changes stimulation neovascularization. Here, we tested role angiogenic process by introducing a tetracycline-regulated wild type gene into null glioblastoma cells. parental cells expressed strong activity upon induction type, but not mutant, expression, secreted factor able to neutralize angiogenicity factors produced as well basic fibroblast growth factor.
