摘要: Firm location is an important component in integrated land use and transport models. However, representation of firm behavior locations often too aggregated to model adequately. A calibrated simulation approach that models dynamics the population at level individual firms presented. number demographic events transitions state are simulated: migration, growth, formation, dissolution. This provides opportunity account for firm-specific allows a large variety responses changes urban environment. The quantifies effects different spatial planning scenarios on mobility. Moreover, firm-level output improved possibilities evaluate impact scenarios. It can be linked obtain dynamic development specification presented, as well calibration processes. verified with multiple test runs.
